Covington, April 21—The funeral of Mrs. Sarah Allen, aged 56, wife of Valentine Allen of Wabash Township was held at Coal Creek Chapel Sunday morning at 10:30 o’clock, interment following in the cemetery nearby. Rev. John McHargue officiating. Mrs. Allen’s death was caused from pneumonia following an attack of the influenza. She had resided all her life in the vicinity where she died and was loved and respected by all who knew her.
